At its best, it feels like an echo of its predecessor. At its worst, it’s unfunny, crass, and uncomfortable (not in a good way).

Don’t bother venturing out to see the movie; stay home and play the game instead.

Despite an interesting premise, it fails to deliver much beyond a gradual descent into disinterest and watch-checking.

There seems to be little reason to see "The 5th Wave" unless you’re a fan of unfinished stories that likely will never be completed.

Kids will appreciate what this has to offer. It provides a less fulfilling experience for older viewers, who may be diverted but are unlikely to be enthralled.

"Race" does a workmanlike job of bringing Jesse Owens to life and explaining his historical importance, but it fails to transcend the genre.

There are things to like about "The Witch" but not enough of them to make it worth the price of an admission ticket.
