Despite regurgitating elements from the founding trilogy, "Jason Bourne" represents the best the series has yet offered.

At only 96 minutes, "Nerve" is short enough not to overstay its welcome and, despite a lackluster final 20 minutes, it proves to be solidly entertaining.

Director/writer Matt Ross offers moments of genuine power and pathos that make it easy to forgive the missteps.
